These terms apply to your use of the Levade app and website. By using Levade you agree to them. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate details. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use Levade, and riders under 16 need a parent or guardian's permission.
Riding safety
Horse riding is a high-risk activity. Levade provides training suggestions and spoken cues; it is not a substitute for in-person instruction or your own judgement. Always wear appropriate safety equipment, ride within your and your horse's ability, and stop if conditions are unsafe. Coaches are responsible for the homework they send. To the extent allowed by law, Levade is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from riding activities.
AI features
Drafted homework, transcripts and pre-lesson briefs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Coaches should review AI drafts before sending them.
Your content
You own the content you create. You give us permission to store, process and share it with your linked coach or riders only as needed to run Levade. Don't upload anything unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.
Levade Pro subscriptions
- Riders use Levade free. Coaches can use Levade free with up to 3 riders and limited AI use each month.
- Levade Pro removes the rider limit and raises AI limits. New coaches may receive a 14-day Pro trial in the app; no payment details are needed and it ends automatically.
- Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, at the price shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Levade: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content and abusive users. You can report a note, voice note or reply from inside the app, remove a rider (coaches) or leave a coach (riders) at any time. We review reports within 24 hours and remove offending content and accounts.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Levade available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features or these terms; if changes are significant we'll let you know in the app.
Liability
Levade is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Levade in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Levade and delete your account in Settings at any time.
